How it works

Clients benefit because costs are tailored to your budget and individual requirements, operating on a project basis of £35.00 per hour* or a monthly retainer.

For example - a monthly fee of £200.00* gives you:

• 7 hours practical support time apportioned to suit you, either one full day or spread across the month
• Telephone or online support for help and advice 7 days a week
• Guaranteed call back within 2 hours Mon - Fri, sorry, weekends may take a little longer

Any additional services and/or resources that are bought in, such as original photography, domain names, print, Google adwords, specialist copywriting etc. are always quoted in advance and charged at cost if they are part of an ongoing project.

* There is an additional charge of £0.45 per mile for travel exceeding 20 miles.

Guarantee - Any work I do with a client is results driven. We set an objective together and I prepare a plan to achieve that objective. Should that objective not be met through any failure of dlh marketing, you will be entitled to receive the same amount of 'paid for time' again but free of charge.
